About John

John Weil began his career as a REALTOR® September 2015. John's energy, passion, and community commitment make him a great fit with the values and culture found among top producing Real Estate Agents. Raised in the Lamorinda area of Northern California, a community of three towns about twenty miles east of San Francisco, John comes from a family of Realtors, designers and contractors, so it was inevitable that he would follow suit. His Father was a successful Realtor for over 25 years and a founding partner of a leading Brokerage in Orinda, California. His Mother is a designer for a contractor and oversees residential remodels and renovations.

John attended California State University Chico and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Resort and Lodging Management. He held positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in San Francisco California and with Four Seasons Residence Club in Scottsdale Arizona. John has extensive experience making presentations, coordinating multiple parties, multitasking and taking care of paperwork. The challenges associated with providing world class service to high expectation hotel guests makes John's experience in hospitality transferable to his new role as a REALTOR®. In any relationship, communication and setting expectations up front with all parties is key.

Outside of work, John is a proud Father and Husband. John and his family lovingly call Arizona home. His wife Ashley grew up in Fountain Hills and attended Arizona State University. They met while working together in San Francisco and relocated back to Arizona in 2013. The couple have four beautiful children and love spending time as a family, whether at the Park, hiking in the Sonoran Desert, or just relaxing around the house beating the Arizona heat splashing in the Pool!
